Sacramento County Market Updates - Citrus Heights, CA

For first-time buyers, Citrus Heights might not be a bad place to start their home search. Quite a few of my clients have chosen the city as their home because of its proximity to Business 80 and its relatively inexpensive condos and single family residences.
