Just about every day we visit Blog Boy’s and TLW’s sites, like we suspect most of you do, just to see what they are up to. A day without laughter is nothing to aspire to, and as we all know it’s a safe bet we’ll find a good laugh in both of these places.
Sometimes though, Blog Boy is being serious, thankfully such a spell rarely seizes TLW. And every time we find BB stuck in one of those real real estate posts, it leaves us longing for Bertha to crash the party again, or for the two of them to solve a problem for us together like they did with the birdgun and the counter offer.
Our usual response to BB’s serious spells is for him to get back to making us laugh. We need that guffaw fix and we tell him so every time we catch him being too real.
Now that has happened to us... and we are starting to understand how BB and TLW feels. But that doesn’t mean we’re letting them off the hook for a second. Laughter is serious medicine.
It seems there are a few of you have enjoyed some of our recent posts about our industry and some of the fun things about it. We are sincerely appreciative that anything we have done might give someone else pleasure. Satire is a wonderful thing. Especially if there is a ring of truth in it.
Laurie Mindnich just wrote us something that’s very cool. She said “Your consumers are lucky to have you! Now, get thinking about US!” We were doing our usual end-of-the-week state-of-the-market posts and that stopped us cold.
We don’t have anything else ready, nor anything in our fun-post-ideas do-list that’s anywhere close to being in the BB TLW realm, and that’s a pisser!
What we do have though, are a few things that we got a kick out of that seemed to fall through the AR cracks. These two posts might be fun to review. One is about greed, and the other is about the neighborhood real estate know it all. (we were embarrassingly amused with our nonsense when doing them)

Here's the first post: What Happens When Greed Gets in Your Head? This one was a scientific study, don't know know.
This is the other one: The Neighborhood Seer: What do do with the Neighbor who knows the real estate market better than anybody. As you know, every neighborhood has one of these. And all of them for sure know our market better than we do, just ask them!
As nice as it was to hear what Laurie had to say, we recently got a comment from Chris Griffith that left us truly stunned. She found a post that we did very early on, before we knew squat about AR, back when we were turning a tooth on AR zwiebeck. It’s about how the computer came to be such a part of our life. It’s not goofy as the others, but it’s background for some of it. Here's the link to it.
Laurie, in the spirit of frivolity, and still considering our sincere empathy for the day-in day-out entertainment-monkey pressing on BB’s and TLW’s back, we hope that you didn’t see these posts before, and that you find at least one good laugh among them.
In the meantime, we’ll finish our real estate market updates, and try to be more on top of “US” in the future. At least we know, there's security in it... and we’re all the better off for it, that BB and TLW will.

I take a look at the "neighborhood seer" and had to laugh at it's truthfullness. Thanks.
