Sharon, I absolutely love it!
And am I correct that there are two lawyers for every one real estate agent and twelve title companies for every two?
Interesting stats, Sharon. And I love your new picture!! Fabulous. We have nore folks and transactions but the proportions work out to be about the same.
Jeff
I guess since Pinellas Realtor Organization has lost about 3,000 members in the last year or so,the real realtors are doing some business now!Very nice stat!
The new picture looks great!Congratulations on the weight loss!
William - I think both Florida and California have a disproportionate number of real estate agents. Active is a relative term.
Jeff - thanks! You always bring a smile to my face.
BLR Guy - real realtors do more than one transaction every eight months! When you subtract all the transactions done by the professional (and busy) agents, the share for the others must go way, way down. Thanks for the congratulations!
Now you look like the Sharon I met in San Francisco: Lovely!
We are seeing similar stats in the San Diego area, but the number of California licensees continues to climb.
Go figure~~
Chris - thanks. Now we both have great new photos.
Roberta - thanks for noticing. I would imagine that the new licensees started the process before they saw the start of a decline.
Kimberly - thanks!
Missy - thanks a lot!
Colleen - Thanks for both.
