CREATE YOUR OWN POWER NETWORK IN REAL ESTATE

Where do you obtain information on how to maintain a decent credit score? This information is not taught in school or college. Many people are clueless when it comes to establishing and maintaining credit. Here are some questions that people have when it comes to credit:

  • How do they come up with the credit score? What are the factors?
  • Why do I need to establish credit?
  • How do I remove information that is not correct?
  • Why is my insurance so high?
  • Will employers check my credit score?

I receive many calls each week of people asking me to improve their credit. Recently, I have developed a great relationship with a credit consultant. I believe in networking with people who specialize in their industry. Then, you develop a one stop shop for people.

I had a client who had questions on the following topics:

  • Real Estate
  • Mortgage
  • Taxes
  • LLC Protection
  • Property Management
  • Credit

I sat him at my conference table and we started to call my network members so he can receive answers to all his questions. He was a satisfied customer because it only took him less than an hour to become better informed. He thanked me for creating the Real Estate and Beyond Network.

Harry, its amazing how many people don't grasp this important concept.  Surrounding ourselves with a network of professionals just enhances the service we can provide our clients.  Thank you for this great example of how it really can and should work.

Excellent post that clearly identifies being part of a network of professionals is a key to sustaining business.  There's too much in our industry to have all the answers, but knowing who to call/go see who can provide an answer is a key dynamic.

I call my power network a 'team' but the point is well taken. You have to have people that you feel good abuot referring your business to (sorry that I am ending a sentence with 'to').
