Simple and Yummy Chili Chops

By
Home Stager

This is one of our favorite fall dinners.  I serve it with corn and Homemade Applesauce.

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

6-8 Boneless Pork chops, trimmed

1 Bottle Chili Sauce

1 Medium Onion, wedged

1 Large Green Pepper, sliced

Lightly saute onion and green pepper.  Place pork chops in 9x13 pan.  Spread chili sauce over pork chops. Top with onions and green peppers.  Bake for about 30 minutes. Serve.

Very few ingredients, very little prep, lots of flavor - just my kind of recipe!

Thanks Kimberly, I'll pass on to my wife since she is the chief cook at our house. This is so easy I think I can even cook. Need some easy sides to go with it.

Carl - Corn and chunky applesauce go rally well with this.  Can't get much easier than that!  Enjoy!
