Too true, friend and this is one reason that AR now boasts 200,000 members and counting. I love it here and get lots of good advice as a Realtor from home inspectors and stagers at this site.
Sam, this is true. I am an investor and have connected with many people and learned A LOT from this community. I haven't gone this route before to get someone Active. I usually do an invite. Thanks for the info.
Sam ~ I have enjoyed some others to joion that are not REALTORS. It's a great place to learn and have fun.
As a property inspection company I can second that motion! Learning a TON on here from market issues to SEO to how to make it RAIN! Just beginning my journey and will make sure I invite other industry related colleagues. Thanks, Sam.

Ellie - Yes! We are growing and learning is definitely ONE of the advantages to belong to AR.
Craig - The invite feature is certainly the way to go, just make sure you know them on personal level. On another note, I was given the nick-name of Snead because of my golfing abilities. Not sure why since Sam Snead is a pro and I stink.......
Dawn - It's a great place to have fun and network with others, as a matter of fact, the Active Rain staff will be networking with some bowling pins this Friday!
