I started a new group,
where I'm asking you to post
simple, healthy recipes, exercises, weight loss tips, etc.
Anything to help keep our bodies healthy.
My old golf pro taught me this very simple exercise and it's really helped with my lower back pain.
Lie face down on the floor. Then, raise your feet up by bending at the knee.
Do NOT raise your thighs off the ground.
Alternate legs.
Simple. Easy.
If you don't suffer from back pain, you'll think this is a waste of time,
but, you'll be strengthening your lower back.
For all you golfers, this REALLY helps.
