I had an interview with a prospect that called me to sell  an Aurora Colorado home, his home is in the Southeast of Aurora, this home was listed before for 486 days on the Market and was not sold, it expired, I know that home personally, because I was already there, when I was comparing some other homes in that area, well, after an interview with MR. Prospect on the phone, I set up an appointment at my office for further explanation about Mr. Prospect situation, When Mr. prospect came at my office, I was already prepared with my homework and my own research about this southeast aurora Colorado home, I had the Actives, Under Contract and Sold similar homes, I explained him very well that his Colorado home was not sold mainly because it was not priced correctly And that after my analysis I came to the conclusion that he would not get "Earnings" or Profit after the sale,  but he can get compensated with the new home that he wants after selling this one.
