I definitely think that you should have a monthly or per order charge---better for all of us. HOWEVER, 5% is a bit too rich.
I'd prefer to pay a flat montly fee or a lesser, more fair per order charge like $1 per order. (You are already charging the $499 upfront.) If you have as many captures as indicated, you will have plenty of cash flow and we can keep our expenses down.
My question is this: do you consider feedback or have you set this pricing in stone?
I would have to agree with Richard. It seems like allot of money to be paying out each month when half of the companies aren't even monthly payers. Even then for example, Clear Capitol and other Companies that assign BPO's (which of your any good at doing them then 90% of your business is assigned) give you 10 min to accept so why would I pay BPO automation per order for that, when I have already paid the 499 convenience fee not to have my cell on me at all times. Or what about Mark to Market, and Main Street where all you get is a early email and you still may not get the BPO. I say flood the darn market with auto accepters it ant going to make no darn difference if your any good at doing them, and if you're not then enjoy the bottom of the blast list, either way this software is useless to me if they think they are going to charge me per order. Then they say that they are going to trickle the software out (LOL), the reason for charging per order is because they want more money you really think they're going to trickle it out (*please*). BPO Automation saw the extra $310,000 dollars that they could have made in 2010 and jumped all over it.
