Changing perspective from Moonlight Beach, Encinitas, CA 92024

It's only the 3rd day into the year, but I'm really liking the commitment I've made to bringing a different perspective each day by taking a short video of Moonlight Beach and sharing it with you.  If reality is 100% perception, then my reality today is like a rainy day at the beach!  

In speaking with my San Diego County Real Estate clients, it's important to first understand their perception ~ their reality.  Are they fearful and anxious, or do they have an unrealistic perception of the real estate market or the value of their property?  The only way to change their reality is to change their perception.  

Changing one's perception is not an easy task, unless there's a compelling belief in doing so.  As a professional real estate advisor, I must first understand the BIG PICTURE in order to gain a clear perspective before advising my clients.  Asking well thought out questions regarding my client's goals and concerns will provide insight into their perception, allowing me the opportunity to generate a successful marketing plan, which will lead them more confidently towards achieving their real estate goals (a reality) in 2011 and beyond.
