Like most people I have made great plans and ambitions for the upcoming year in the Denver Real Estate market. I'm sure your plans involve your local market. The time between Christmas and New Years is one of the worst times for business in almost all industries. The only exception is for business to business sales where companies are forced to spend quarter or year end budgets.
Today January 3, 2011 is really the first day of the year for most people. New Year's recovery, the weekend, etc. Now is the time to hit the ground blazing. Today is my birthday and dangit that deserves a day off and trying to have fun. My lovely wife (hope I'm not infringing on Broker Bryant) took the day off so that is super cool. We've had a celebration all weekend so it's hard to still go crazy. We are combining fun and errands, makes the fun a lot more challenging.
Some of my New Year's Resolutions included blogging more, more pictures, and integrating the two of them. Here are some pics of our adventures today.
PICS TO BE INSERTED LATER - getting a javascript error trying to past. It's an id10t error, AR, or IE. Right now I'm blaming IE.
Here was my birthday present from Active Rain. I am still a rainmaker. I'm one of the wiley old veterans here on Active Rain. I got in when it was still free to be a rainmaker. I didn't create a blog for several months. I asked nicely what happened and Active Rain activated my account. I have to write a public blog between now and 11:00 tonight. No PIC's yet, full speed ahead, must finish.
Active Rain didn't have to reactivate my rainmaker account, but they did. What a wonderful present. Better yet for AR I'm going to get a listing router set up. They made a great business decision. They know have a raving fan, a new revenue stream (listing router), a ton of new content this year.
