I will go beyond any limitations to procure information that is not on the MLS listing sheet. Need to see a pic that is not on the listing I will drive out to any home and take pics and email them to my clients.

How about 3am on Christmas Eve in a blizzard when I want to see a pic of the home in 1 hour and the house is 30 miles away?? I'm just teasing you, but there's clients out there that would probably ask for more...and then some..lol

Sounds like my kind of agent. Pictures are worth a thousand words - and a realtor willing to go that extra step is equally valuable!

PS (how are you in needing an assistant? A virtual assistant?) You sound like my kind of client.
