"blah, Blah, BLah.....BLAh......BLAH!"

OK you know what I'm talking about, right?

No....not what you had for dinner last night!

No, not the juicy office gossip!

No, no....not that hit Ke$ha song ;)

However feel free to play and sing along as I blah blah blog!  :)

OK, I'm talking about all the VACANT HOMES (BLAH...BLAH...BLAH)  that are marketed for sale.

BLAH! There I said it! :)

Really, aren't you tired of looking at Vacant Homes? Of course you are!

Well how do you think your clients feel? Yawn  :O

You know, after awhile Vacant Homes all start to look alike. Boring!

                       Blah.............................................................Blah..........................................................Blah!

Nothing memorable about these vacant rooms.  Sure they have some windows...Yippee! Not.

Can you imagine living in these vacant spaces?  Well, I can't either and neither will potential Home Buyers!

So let's give Home Buyer's something to remember!!  Something that stands out from all the other vacant homes!

                      Ta-da...........................................................Ta-da......................................................Ta-da!

Good advice, Janice!  I hope that all of the sellers and agents in Temecula are listening.  Your photos show the best reasons why Blah vacant homes should be staged!

Janice, I know what you mean.  There is nothing more uninspiring than a vacant home so I always make a point to stage them so the photos look better as well as for showing purposes.

Keith - Smart Man! Good for you!  I agree nothing inspiring about vacant homes.  It is much easier to sell a staged home then a vacant one. :)

Janice....you caught my attention with the "blah, blah, blah" ......the best description of a very vacant house. Great staging.... very inspiring and anyone can see and better yet feel the difference!  Its what we "do"..... staging makes the difference!  Have a great convention in LV!

Hi Janice - Happy New Year! You made a great point with this cute post. Vacant home pictures ARE boring and definitely don't create a feeling of "must see".

Teri - Thanks for stopping by and commenting! Yup, "Blah" describes vacant homes and in any RE market that is not the way to attract Buyers.

I am soooo excited for the Staging Convention in Vegas!  Now that definitely won't be BLAH! :)

Cathy Lee - Thanks!  Ha ha I dare you to use the "BLAH BLAH BLAH vacant home presentation" Girlfriend!!  Sometimes we need to step out of our comfort zone and wake em' up!! Nothing Blah about that :)  Look forward to hanging with you in Vegas...time to "shake & stage" Vegas style ;)

Janice, what we like about your example is that you used the exact same shots, one vacant, one dressed up.  What we have seen many times, is that the examples used where different angles etc.  BTW -  we are heard because of a plug, Ghettysburg Gerry Michaels gave you!
