Here they come again! The January/February gym crowd. You see them every year, just different faces with the same expressions; "Ugh, time to work out again. Didn't I just do this last year? :)" Then they go back to their normal routines, leaving us regulars some space, parking and otherwise. After 25 years at the same gym, some things never change.
The same goes for agents. Many magically dissapeared in December, and are just now thinking about
the new year. Fortunately our company drills it into us that the new year really starts every month, week, day...
Many agents tell their sellers that there probably won't be any showings during the holidays. I had a client wanting to view a few occupied homes during the week of Christmas, and the seller was in shock. In turn, I had a number of agents request to show my listing the same week, and I made sure my seller was accomodating.
Motivated clients are great. I actually had to tell one of mine to give it a rest on New Year's day, as the home wasn't vacant!
Now if we could only work on those 'gymsters'....
