Watching the prices change for Nampa Homes and Caldwell Homes over the past three years is like a great ride down-hill with no brakes!

I think we can rest at the bottom and relax our jaws for a while. Prices seemed to have stabilized and now, is the time to take advantage of great buys on Idaho Real Estate. Go buy a house or two!

Take a look at this chart which shows the percentage of change in the average sold price of homes in Nampa and homes in Caldwell since November 0f 2007.

If you’ve thought about investing in real estate, I would suggest NOW would be a good time, while interest rates are low, prices are bottomed out &; selection is good!

Don, now that the server problems seem to be over (knock on wood). Your graph is fairly clear about a leveling off or stabilizing. What a great time to buy, but what usually happens is people will sit on the fence and wait for prices to rise and then buy...I just don't see prices going lower. Of course there are the lucky ones who will see this stabilization as a sign to take advantage of home prices and the low rates.
