Do You Have Appreciation Parties for Friends and Home Buyers and Sellers?

I do and then I make a video to celebrate our Great Time....We have a tradition to do it on New Years Day and my husband makes his lucky new year sauerkraut and pork ...look at the fun we have! Not sure who has the most fun....Plus I sold most of these peoples friends and family their homes in Pelican Bay!
