Hi Raymond,
Good analysis!! It is good to hear that revenue properties have been selling. Congratulations on the 2 revenue sales you made in 2010. Those were good investments at great cap rates. You should be able to sell the current revenue listings on Burns and Government quickly. I possibly may have someone interested in the Burns listing. He is an investor. I will let you know.
