Real Estate Broker/Owner with RE/MAX Real Estate Center

A few weeks ago, I wrote here with a question rather than a statement.  My question was boo-hooed because it was a question rather than a statement.  What I was trying to do was to just get a conversation going about Broker-Agent affiliations.

I am wondering how satisfied most agents and associate brokers are with their opportunities, today.   Even if very happy, and they had the power to change things, what are the most important features affiliated Realtors seek?

The thing I would change the most is how we're perceived by the public. Sometimes I mention that I'm a real estate agent, and they practically pull out their sticks and stones. Other times, they are still willing to conversate but have some of the faultiest information I've ever heard. What would you change?

The word that comes to my mind is value.   At every layer, does value flow to the other.  For example, as a principal broker of a small but fast growing independent firm, do I provide the highest value, the greatest opportunity for my agents, likewise, do my agents reciprocate with the best value I can expect from them.

In my mind, only win-win can be reasonable.
