Brian, thanks for the comment on my article.  I'm the selling agent so I'm definitely not buying a restaurant this time.  But interesting that you ask, because as partly Italian I was in a restaurant family for the first 20 years of my life, working in a number of catering companies and Italian kitchens before graduating from University.  Good nose.

Question for you, I am fascinated with the graphics and design of your posts.  I think it's very clean and professionals.  Could you point me to what tools you're employing to generate these?  I presume it's not just a website screen shot is it?  I would like to learn to do something simililar up here in Vancouver.

Yep, I realized that you were the selling agent. We always try to sell real estate the we love or at least enjoy. Keeps things interesting.

All my graphic design is created in Adobe PhotoShop. It's not to difficult to learn, especially if you have some time to play with it.

It's funny, I have gotten much better over the years using PhotoShop. It's all about finding your ever changing style.
