When Laurie Manny's Challenge through Colleen Kulikowski sent Active Rain Bloggers out to explore the worldwide blogosphere, the assignment opened up another view of the horizon for me. As a follow-up, I recently visited a site called International Listings which specializes in Luxury real estate. Although the site seems fairly new from the Archives, there were a couple of posts that make a visit definitely worthwhile. Here they are:
This is absolutely a great resource when you just can't seem to find anything to comment on! No, seriously, this list of bloggers is A+ and features several bloggers from Active Rain.
To mention a few notables the list includes: Craig Schiller's blog, Home Staging Rants & Ravings, Title-Opoly by Ed Rybcznski, Table Talk with Appella by Apella Appraisals, Barbara Corcoran's blog: Barbara Corcoran Ink, Brian Brady's blog: America's Mortgage Broker, Roberta Murphy's The Luxury Home Digest Blog, The Real Estate Tomato by Jim Cronin, Pat Kitano's Transparent Real Estate blog, Christian Real Estate Network Blog by Justin Smith, The Real Estate Zealot by Mark Eibner & SURPRISE of all SURPRISES Christian Sterners Wellcomemat blog where I saw a post entitled Hallelujah with the following caption underneath...Lola, Where Have You Been! linking to a blog post I wrote on Active Rain.
The list is organized by category so it is easier to navigate than some similar lists which are categorized by location. I am going to book mark this list as a quick reference to gaining a well rounded perspective of what's happening in the wider on-line world of real estate. It's also an incredible commentary on the quality of talent that posts on Active Rain. Take full advantage of this network folks...this type of opportunity to be involved in a forum which attracts some of the best talent in our industry may not "pass by this way again."
I've been looking for this kind of list! This is an incredible resource which gives links to all the places that you can list your home on-line for FREE. With 83% -87% of real estate buyers beginning their search on-line prior to even contacting an agent, this list by International Listings is a valuable resource for real estate agents.
Believe me, if you don't know about these resources...your customers are increasingly likely to find out about them and tell you what they want you to do! That's NEVER a cool position to be in as the "expert." So, take some time to do some homework and become familiar with options that can exponentially increase your listing exposure on-line and in the process MAKE YOU MORE MONEY!

Lola - I am soooo impressed with your work and admire your wisdom . . . thanks for sharing it with the rest of us.
Lola,
This is one of the most informative posts I have seen to date. Deanna and I use many of these sites already, however the list is unbelievably complete and I learned about a few new ones.
Good Job and thanks
Hi Lola.
Which one of these sites directs the leads to the listing agents and which ones redirect the leads to other agents from other companies and which ones sell the leads from the listings back to agents looking for leads? This information is critical to those agents interested in keeping their pipeline full from the leads that are generated from their listings.
There was some great information here, Lola. Went to visit their site, thanks to you, and glad I did. What a find! Thanks YOU for brining this to our attention.
Jeff
