FISBO turned RE Professional

Hate to admit it but I was a FISBO. This means For Sale By Owner to anyone who might not know and yes, I sold my own home. Let me know what you think of the website I made for my Ann Arbor home soooo close to the Big House. http://www.apin.com/401/main.htm

I'm not sure what is so interesting about the site, the fact that we sold the home in one day (yes, those were the good ole days!) or that I know so much about Orangeberg. All of these facts help me today, to be the Real Estate professional I am!

WOW, The website you did on the house was GREAT!

I love it! What is interesting is that you told it like it is and targeted the right market. I love the last sentence. I think as "realtors" we get so caught up in the fair house act and fear of steering that closes our mind up to this type of marketing. Which, in my opinion violates neither of these. UofM 1981 (Dearborn Campus but still went to the games).
