200 office jobs head to downtown F.C., an article from The Northern Colorado Business Report, reports that as the result of a merger announced September 13 by two major players in the destination club industry, about 200 office workers will go to work in a redeveloped downtown Fort Collins building.  The building located at 145 Mountain Avenue will now house one of Old Town's largest employers.  Developer Chris Ray has spent more than $1 million remodeling the 14,000-square-foot building hoping to bring in multiple office, retail and restaurant tenants.  After a visit to the city earlier in the year, Ultimate Resort owners agreed to make Fort Collins the headquarters location for the merged companies. http://www.ncbr.com/enews.asp
