Good program, I started 2 weeks into Dec so there wasn't that stigma with a New Years Resolution. So far so good, bought a Wi and getting the Wi fit pad this week. It is amazing how much of a sweat you can work up and have fun. Works well here in the winter months

That's great news about the low drop out rate for walkers. Reports also found that those who walk 3 to 6 miles a week have 50% better memory than those who don't. (at least that what I remember) (I laugh)

Helen and I used to walk every evening when we first got married... it was "our" time. Perhaps such time would benefit us in many ways now...
I started the other day and oh are my legs sorrrreee!
Can I root you on from the sidelines? Torn achilles is still healing...might be one of the only things that walking doesn't help with.
We do need to walk more as a country! I'm putting my both feet forward!
