ARZIONA TRUSTEE SALES WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS
Welcome to a new year of 2011. It is going to be a great year for the real estate investor. I have had many of my investors take the month of December off. I believe many people across America just wanted to enjoy the Holiday Season and forget about real estate. Personally, my real estate investors did not see enough inventory at the Arizona Trustee Salesbecause of the robo signing incident. Plus, banks did not want to foreclose on home during the Holidays. However, WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS. The first week of January we are seeing 400+ homes on a daily basis being auctioned off. Some people are predicting 30,000 homes will be sold this month alone at the ARZIONA TRUSTEE SALE.
DEFINITION ARIZONA TRUSTEE SALE:
A Trustee's sale is an auction event for real estate. The day before a list of properties are to be sold at auction you may view the home, complete due dilligence, and determine a proper bidding price. Homes which have been foreclosed on by a lien holder put up for sale at the Arizona Trustee's Sale. In Phoenix, we have three different times during the day when you can attend and bid at the trustee's sale. They require all cash and must close the next end of business day. The winning bidder receives the trustee's deed.
