Five condos sold in Ormond By The Sea, Florida during December, 2010 through the Daytona Beach Area Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS).   There are also 6 condos under contract pending sales closing.   

Of the 6 condos under contract, 2 involve a lender.  Of the condos actively for sale on the market, 17 involve a lender.  Villa Sereno Condo pool in Ormond By The Sea Florida

The high  inventory of 95 Ormond By The Sea condos for sale continues to indicate a buyers market and is higher than the 88 condos for sale at the beginning of 2010.

The Villa Sereno sales are townhouse condos with a single car garage and both bedrooms upstairs. The balconies face the couryard and pool. Last year (2009) there were 8 Ormond By The Sea condos sold in December and there were 2 each year in 20070 and 2008.
