Why Legacy Key is an Ideal Condo Purchase?

Today's condo buyer has many factors to consider before selecting the ideal condo on the Alabama Gulf Coast. I think Legacy Key covers three of those: Quality Construction, Excellent Location & Attractive Amenities.

Private Garages at Legacy Key Condos in Orange Beach, AL

Legacy Key is a low density condominium with just 36 units supported by poured in place concrete and steel. The building was then finished with floor to ceiling glass, which celebrates the views of Ole River, the back bays and the Gulf of Mexico.  Covered owner's parking is available under the building, with ample lot parking being provided for guests.  Private garages are also included with select units.  Adding to the luster of the design, is a 14 story skylight atrium, that captures the imagination upon entry into the lobby area.

Legacy Key offers a superior location for vacationers looking for a more complete vacation experience.  Deep see fisherman enjoy a brief boat ride to Perdido Pass and the bright white sand of our gulf beach is just a few minutes on foot.  The Orange Beach area offers many popular attractions that can be explored by boat, to include Robinson Island, Tacky Jack's, Pirate's Cove and the many hot spots at The Wharf.  When the sun goes down, I would suggest traveling just down the road to SanRoc Cay Marina to dine at one of their many excellent on-site restaurants and then taking in some late-night live music at the Flora-Bama.

The Marina at Legacy Key Condos

Legacy Key has all that condo buyers are looking for in terms of both condo and property amenities.  The units themselves have large, flowing floor plans with all the extras, like granite and stainless steel appliances. The large, private balconies provide memorable sunsets daily over Ono Island and Terry Cove.  Residents and guests have all the essential leisure activities at their fingertips, to include indoor and outdoor pools, fitness room, sauna, and a marina.  The condo fees range from the upper 600's to the low 700's and include many of your monthly expenses, with the exception of power, cable and a contents insurance policy.  This is a rent restricted building, meaning there is a 30 day minimum rental policy.

Hey Jason,

Excellent post about Legacy Key.  In fact, I just pre-viewed a unit in there yesterday.  We took a look at unit 902 and I have to say that while the unit was nice looking it is/was clearly designed for a rental/investment property.  There was no coat/owners/front hall closet.  The laundry room wouldn't be accessable to anyone weighing over 180lbs and is very closterphobic.  The kitchen was nice but lacks the counter space that would be more desirable if you were living there full time.  None of these things are a big deal for a short term renter, but make a huge difference when looking to spend long amounts of time there.

All in all, Legacy Key is a great property for the right buyer!  Great Blog!
