Homeowners - Why You Should Hire Me To Represent You in The Sale and Marketing  of Your Home?

  • I will help you get a clear picture of the reasons you are a considering a home sale by asking questions--lots of questions.   I will listen to you and I will be honest with you even if it is something you may not want to hear.
  • I will work with you to help you establish a time frame for selling and together we will establish a pricing strategy for your home based on the current real estate market conditions and trends in your area.
  • I will advise you how to best prepare your home for a successful sale including pre-market inspections, improvements, repairs and staging.  We will meet to discuss the disclosure process upon the successful listing of your home.
  • I will present a marketing plan and timetable for the sale of your home specifically for your home and follow-up with you on a regular basis in the manner that works best for you.   We will meet to review marketing material.
  • I will coordinate all property showings including my attendance at open houses and broker preview events.
  • We will meet to discuss offers and I will offer different negotiation strategies.
  • After there is an accepted offer, I will advise and coordinate inspections and the appraisal.  I will assist you throughout the escrow process to make sure your sale closes in a timely fashion.

Chris Ann - I agree he new year always seems to bring a time to reflect and review how we conduct our business.

Russel - there are so many different specializations in our field - buyers only, listings only, geographic...   Choices are a good thing.
