Murphy, NC offers you the great small town atmosphere, breathtaking surroundings and most every convenience you'd need. One of our favorites is a wonderful co-op for natural foods and fresh organic produce.

Once a month we order for some of the best prices on organic produce, farm fresh eggs and just about anything else you'd find in your local whole foods market or health food store.

Hi Lee and Carol~ Those vegetables look great! I wish we had a co-op near here! We are actually working on a blueberry farm in Ky and in the next year or two we should have TONS of blueberries and I mean tons!

Yes, we're fortunate Vickie, that our truck comes out of Atlanta, GA. We always get a huge amount of kale, celery, spinach, cukes, avocados and list goes on and on :) We love those blueberries and they freeze so well too!

Lots of people enjoy coming here from Atlanta since Murphy, NC is just a short drive (under 2 hrs) to get into the great mountains, lakes, hiking and just being out in nature and the smaller communities. I'm sure you have some wonderful areas and things to do on the NC coast, Tom. We hope to get out to the cost and check out that side of the state in the near future.
