Good morning to you Roy! Great close-up shot! I walk the dog around the neighborhood and generally take my camera. It's probably the only exercise I get other than showing homes!

Roy * I walk with my 2 dogs and they are FAST * I'll walk 1 mile and they will do 3 miles returning to me when I call them....my sister says to add weights when I walk * I already have a tandem leash around my neck and an iPOD * I don't have enough hands!!!  I do take a camera in my pocket!

Roy, What a great picture. I alos walk with my camera. I like to take pictures of the winged winter visitors we have here in Arizona this time of year.

Roy, that's a great shot! I take my camera with me when I walk too. There's always something to take pictures of and it gives me a good library of photos for my blog.

Great advice Roy, and then it won't even feel like your exercising, you're working on your blog and that's marketing!!

Roy, what a good idea.  I walk our dog around Blossom Glen, the neighborhood we live in, but I have seldom taken a camera with me.  Thanks for sharing the photos too.

Roy - a daily walk is a great way to incorporate more daily exercise, and with your multitasking of photography and blogging about it, this should be an easy habit to continue with !
