Tired of losing your money because you're a broker?  Make and keep more of your hard earned money.  You get the credibility and backing of a large organization without losing control of your operation.

Face it, a company with over 1,000 loan officers, 40 administrative staff employees and more than 30 years in the business has much more clout in the wholesale and banking arena than a small brokerage business.

Discounts in pricing, loan fee reductions, fast turn times are just a few benefits of bringing your operation to First Priority. Make no mistake, it is still your operation in your business name (unless prohibited by your local laws).

Mortgage brokers want to remain brokers to avoid a corporate work environment and to run their business their way. We understand brokers because although we have banking lines our heart is in brokerage. FPF grew in the 80's and 90's because we filled a need: the expense and time it takes to handle non origination issues such as payroll, E&O, workers compensation, benefits, wholesale lender requirements etc. weren't cost effective for most companies. Because of our size and volume we manage this for much less cost and more efficiently.

Since 1977 First Priority Financial has helped large brokerages and one person shops manage the administrative tasks that eat up so much time.  Although we operate similar to a net branching operation we are a bank which also maintains 226 wholesale lending relationships. There is never an increase of fee for brokering.  Our bank competes for your business along with our wholesale partners.

No extreme oversight.  We insist on hiring quality, professional originators who care about their customers and their communities.  Loan quality is more important to us than loan production. Because of our rigorous hiring standards once on board you will be allowed to run your business how you see fit as long as all Federal, state and local laws are observed. We handle all audits for you.

FPF helps their originators succeed by providing them the tools needed to grow their business in the spirit of entrepreneurial-ism.  FPF is not a "JOB". We are a community of professional loan officers helping each other and growing our businesses.  A good candidate for us is a person or business with experience and a clean record.  This allows us to keep administrative costs low, oversight to a minimum and allows you to keep more of your money.

Examples of tools provided by FPF:

A customer retention system unmatched in the industry.  A five year campaign that allows you to co brand with your referral partners, remembers customers birthdays, loan anniversaries etc. All customer information is automatically uploaded into the CRM so that you can spend your time originating instead of administrative marketing.  No secrets:  We use Top of mind/Surefire. All paid for by the company.

A rate alert system that allows you and your originators to track mortgage backed securities in real time.  Know when to float and know when to lock.  A huge advantage when offering service to your clients.

Spend a lot of time in the field prospecting? Good! FPF has invested a lot of money into a loan management system for originators called Lenny.  Lenny allows the loan officer to manage their pipeline from any computer and even their cell phone.  This includes locking rates, communicating with processors and many other features.  This is not an LOS, we use Calyx Point.

We are a Full Eagle FHA lender and in multiple states.  We should be nationwide in the near future.  Ask us for a copy of our rate sheet to compare our pricing with the rest of the industry. If you choose to bank your loan, currently you can receive SRP as compensation.

Although this is a great place to work, don't take my word for it,  Google First Priority Financial and call on some of our branches to get their opinion of the work environment and pay structure.  I am assisting the company in recruiting branches throughout North Carolina.  Feel free to contact me with any questions.
