This article is a Q&A with John Vella, the CEO of Equator. In it, he predicts that short sales will rise by 25% in 2011. It is interesting to note, however, that he seems to be relying on the servicers and realtors to become more efficient in processing them. I certainly hope that this is the case but I'm also not holding my breath!
