For the last three weeks we've been BETA testing new marketing features from our Washington real estate web site at www.nwrealty.com.  Currently we have 23 member agents and brokers that are each entitled to an "equitable share" of leads and exposure relevant to their individual real estate market areas in Washington State.

We've just emailed reports to each member of our BETA test group as we're about to reset the statistics and add new members.  Here are the results that we've delivered to our network members over the last ten days ...

  • Displayed each member's photo/logo (with contact info) an average of 583 times in the top-center premium position.

  • Displayed each member's listings an average of 1625 times in the top-center and left margin feature positions.

  • Forwarded an average of 5 on-line visitors to each member's web site.

  • Delivered an average of 2 real estate inquiries (usually Buyer leads) to each member by email.

Additionally we've forwarded 17 leads to listing brokers & agents in Central Washington because we do not yet have network members serving that area.  Our strongest areas with a surplus of leads and exposure are currently the Washington Coast area, Grays Harbor County and Metro-Seattle.

Our new real estate marketing service has four objectives ... (1) promote our member agents & brokerages, (2) promote member listings (3) forward buyers & sellers to relevant member web sites and (4) generate real estate business leads for our members.

We're about to add new agent and broker members in Everett, Burlington(Skagit County), Whidbey Island, the San Juan Islands and Tacoma.  We're very pleased with these results and expect another positive report next week at which time we plan to release this to any Washington real estate licensee or affiliate.

Congrats!  Any breakdown on incoming leads between Referral (such as AR) and Search (i.e., Google, Yahoo)?

John ... about 80% from Google and 12% from Yahoo.  Direct link referrals like AR account for less than 1%.
