One of the lessons that I have learned in the past several years is that of compassion and understanding.  Mostly, I have learned not to judge unless I've walked a mile in someones shoes.  This video provides a wonderful way to do just that.  Good stuff!

Fannie Mae WaysHome - an interactive video simulation helps Borrowers avoid foreclosure.

Fannie Mae just released a phenomenal, new interactive video.  In this video you become the lead characters in real life, everyday, financial challenges that so many people are facing today...

They portray 3 financial scenarios that people struggle with everyday. You, your neighbors, your co-workers and millions of other hard-working Americans.  You'll get the opportunity to play the part of three different homeowners who are in distinct positions of economic distress:

  • Richard Lane, a family man who is coming to the realization that he and his family can't afford to stay in their home.
  • Miguel Gonzalez, ten years from retirement and underwater on his mortgage
  • Jackie Williams, a single mother who is having trouble keeping up with her bills.

You decide who you want to be, You choose the character who's situation is closest to your own or to someone you love and would like to help.  You will experience their pain and be put in the situation to make the hard decisions that can guide them and you to the answers that can provide the one thing we all need . . . HOPE!

Fannie Mae Ways Home

This is definitely a video worth looking at and sharing.  Take a look and share your opinion.
