6 Comments on WARNING: Instant Gratification Buyer's can derail your home sale
Good Morning Nick, a very good point for the sellers to understand.
Hi Nick: An associate from my office will be featured next week - she is a hoot - Katie - look for her movie debut! Best, Gay
Thanks Dan - Have a great 2011!
Gay - Thanks for the heads up! I will be sure to pay extra attention to that episode. Have a great 2011!
It bothers me that in this market of reduced home values - homes in great condition being compared to those with fix-up necessary - buyers still want more, more, more. If a home is in mint condition, versus a bank owned property or a short sale with deferred maintenance, the reduced price should be enough of an enticement. I've seen too many buyers wanting prime rib at hamburger prices.
Cara - I agree with you. Until the foreclosures and short sales start to get flushed out of our system unfortunately I think we will still be facing this.
