I know I do a lot of localism posts about restaurants.  I am okay with that, we are afterall, the gateway to Utah's National Parks, as well as a tourism based economy here in Cedar City.  Tourism requires restaurants, Beds and Breakfasts, Hotels, and the like.  I am focusing on Costa Vida today, it is another great Mexican Restaurant that we have to enjoy.

It is also a chain of restaurants that is growing.  The Sweet Pork is absolutely delicious!  It is all fresh food, including the tortillas, which are made right on site. 

The Restaurant is located at 1351 South Providence Center Drive in Cedar City.  The Phone is (435)586-3040 for take out orders.
