Knowing your Realtor

OK, since somebody asked, I feel that it's necessary to let all you folks out there know what to expect from me. That way, when you read one of my posts and think that I'm absolutely nuts, you'll be able to sleep at night because you told yourself to "consider the source" and moved on!

I ain't young but I'm sure as Hades opinionated. I use a dictionary and expect other professionals to use one too. If you don't then all you do is broadcast to the world that you're ignorant and uneducated. There's nothing worse than misspelling words and using poor diction! I admit that I sometimes fall into my own trap but I use spell checker and I always reread a post before I publish it.

My managing broker says I need to lighten up a little and quit trying to fix things that can't be fixed. Well, I refuse to do that. It keeps my mind occupied during these slow times and I just plane like to bother government officials who refuse to take the time to listen to us peons! I voted for Jones Atterberry for Port Commissioner and he never listens to me - at all!

I have my own ideas about profesionalism and some of you agents out there who have been involved in a deal with me understand what I'm talking about! The government says I suffer from acute PTSD and some of you folks can definately attest to that allright. The fact is I play by the rules and I expect you to play by the book as well. I have no room for exceptions when my client's interests are at stake. Period! We all have to make a living so play the game the right way and we'll all be a happier crew. Stealing customers is one thing I won't tolerate and lying to a potential client, just to get a listing, ranks high on my list of unaccptables.

So, if you want to make some comments feel free! I can handle criticism because I believe in getting even!! It's the American way, right?
