Does anybody know of any sources to get custom designed codes? They are popular in Japan, the most famous is probably the Louis Vuitton code. I am probably getting a little too geeky for my own good. LOL.

I hear ya Terkel. If you check out my last blog, I took my code and started messing with how much code could be deleted before it started to affect the scan. I also messed with the colors and found that there definitely needs to be some serious contrast with the code being darker. Inverting the colors didn't work at all. The code that I tweaked was the one I use for all of my contact info, so I would imagine that just a url would give greater surface area for manipulation. If you hear of anything, let me know. Peace.
