I wrote about this earlier....and I hate to harp, but when an Illinois Republican Committeeman has to help Governor Jan Brewer figure out her own budget, it is time for everyone to figure out who is running the circus.
Steven Daglus found 26 ways to save the transplant funds without touching money for anything else. He went through thousands of line items in the budget of Arizona to find money that could be "saved" without working for cutting anything crucial to any other entity.
WOW. How would we ever find the time to do that? I, for one, applaud him. I know quite a bit about a number of things....but how to find out how to get line item budget numbers for a state, and one that doesn't want outsiders (or insiders, for that matter) to get their hands on how money is being diverted spent is quite another.
Congratulations to him. I hear Governor Jan Brewer doesn't want to hear about this. Good for her....as Steven says, this isn't Republican, this isn't Democrat, this is human. Did you hear that, Governor Brewer?
