Williamson County Homes Sales Stronger then Previous 2 Decembers
The Williamson County Association of REALTORS® announces the statistics for home sales in Williamson County, TN for the month of December 2010. There were 236 residential and condominium closings reported during this period according to figures provided by RealTracs Solutions, the multiple listing service used by REALTORS® in the Middle Tennessee region.
The number of single-family residential closings increased by 8.37% percent compared to December 2009 for the number of homes sold in Williamson County. The median sale price for a single family home increased slightly from 365,650 to 366,740 compared to median sales price in December 2009. The average days on the market (DOM) for residential homes decreased by 1 (one) day for residential and increased by 53 days for condominiums compared to the same period last year. Residential Inventory of homes listed as active has decreased from 2,071 in December 2009 to 1,991 in December 2010.
