Are they to get healthy, fit, and ultimately be in the best shape of your life? If so, you’ll want to read about a new class we are offering here at The Union Gym.
Boot camp classes will now be offered on Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting at 6:30pm. Boot camp is a 45 minute class that will focus on a proper warm up and cool down, strength, endurance, agility, flexibility, core, body weight exercises (plyometrics), and team drills. It will consist of high intensity exercises and strength training that slims and tones the body quickly, which breaks through fitness plateaus. It is an overall fun, exciting, and interchangeable workout which can be modified for lower levels of fitness. Classes will begin on Thursday, January 6th. Please Note there is an entrance fee of $5 per class. No gym membership is required.
