Construction Watch : 88 King Gets Some Botox

Though not quite a facelift, 88 King Street in South Beach is definitely getting some work done. Matt Fuller was on the scene to report that there’s cranes, pulleys, and workers working on the exterior of the building. A quick bit of research on Fuller’s part reveals that the Home Owners Association for 88 King hired The Albert Group as their construction management company, which is working on the $15M project to replace windows, waterproofing, and repairing the building facade.
