Preparing for the tryouts for Beauty and the Beast play at Ripon Christian started about a month ago
(December 2010). Noah decided that he wanted to be in the 4th/5th grade musical. At first he wanted to be the Beast & just about every kid wanted to be Chip (that cute little teacup).
Yesterday, 1/7/2011, we found out that Noah will be Gaston. He plays a handsome brute (who is just full of himself). There are a few solo singing parts in the play. He is pretty excited about it (ok, so am I too).
Last night, we watched Beauty & the Beast on DVD. Thankfully I was able to find our DVD. We have already watched it again this morning & started practicing. I even got to read "Lefou" (Gaston's sidekick). I will be volunteering to help with helping make the sets. This will be so fun preparing for and to see all of our kids at RC shine thruout this process.
The Beauty & the Beast play at Ripon Christian School in Ripon, CA will be
Friday, March 4, 2011 at the PAC.
I am pretty sure it will be at 7pm.
