Holiday City & Silver Ridge homes are cheaper to own than rent 55+ only (edit/delete)
If you are 55 or older and want to get in on a very inexpensive home in an adult comunity there are plenty to choose from all in the Toms River and Boardering town of Berkely...locations from the Brick/Silverton area as well as west rt 37 in Toms River. Both areas are close to shopping and affordable. Check out a few I picked just to show you a fraction of the inventory for people 55 and older who want to be smart with their $$$. I have turned 40yr renters into home owners for less than what they paid in rent many times and I can do it again :)
