Bank Of America Rocks

Hollywood, CA - Okay, Okay.... sheesh... Banks can rock...

... or they can suck.

As a Los Angeles Realtor They totally suck when they can't prove that they own the debt on your home and they want to foreclose. And they suck when the myriad of other annoying things happen that happen when we all must deal with banks.

Now to their credit... it just so happens that today was the day that I received a letter in my mailbox from Bank of America regarding a fraudulent charge on my account.

I got snookered on line by clicking a deceptive link that was cleverly disguised as news and then charged $150 dollars from these criminals. I immediately was notified of the charge, called the clever disguising deceptors and was given an elaborate process by which I might get my money back... in 3 or 4 months.

So I called my Bank, yes... Bank of America. They rock. Here's why.

The first rep I spoke with explained that I needed the charge to post to my account and that she knew the company and had had many similar complaints and that the company usually waited a week to post the charge so that there would be a drop out rate for those seeking justice. The horrible fraudsters were not going to get my money that easy, and the beautiful wonderful Bank of America was going to assist me in staking my claim to reparations.

I waited the week and again got in touch with B of A... and although I did have a short sale with them that my poor client had to wait eight months to close, which we did, this handling of the fraud claim couldn't have been better. They immediately credited my account stating that upon review the claim would either be made permanent or would be further deliberated or discussed.

In all fairness, today was the day that the credit was made permanent to my account, thus closing the incident and giving me full rights to my money back.

I love you Bank of America... now if you could speed up those short sale thingies we'd all appreciate it.
