Did you know the winery at Ulupalakua now makes a sweet raspberry dessert wine?  I didn't either, until I noticed it on the wine list at a restaurant last night.  This new product is made using fresh raspberries, pure cane sugar, and grape spirits only.  No chemical additives or sulfites as used.  It's sweet and it's strong, with a 20% alcohol component.  You can even buy it online.
