Georgina, I've meant to either ask you or look it up, but it just slipped by - what's the tax rate in Hawaii? In Arizona, it's about 78 -82 centa on the dollar. So, if one were to buy a $300,000 house, the taxes would run around $2400/year. Where I came from back in Chicago, it was 2.8% so on a $300,000 house, it was running $8400/year. Just curious.
The Pukalani home sounds wonderful! I'm sure that it will sell quickly just being close to Kamehameha School, best of luck to you.
I am afraid to ask the sq footage of #1 but it sounds adorable! AND water views! Sounds like heaven!
Georgina - Looks like you have some beautiful listings there... ahh I wish I could walk into to some of those right now with all our snow outside... lol Best of luck for quick sales...
Juli - thanks for asking that... stay tuned for an upcoming blog post! ( property taxes here on Maui are relatively low compared to many parts of the country).
Leolinda - It's a real beauty and there's good value there for sure/
BJ - would you believe under 1000 sf?
Robert - just drive to your closest airport and you'll be here soon.
