I am CAPPED!!! I now make 100% of my Commission, Do YOU?  YESSS I am capped, what an amazing feeling to no half to pay my office any money form my real estate commissions.....  I am an agent with Keller Williams and I have capped for the first time in my 4 yr career as a Real Estate Broker.  There is so much to offer at KW with training, profit share, and the amazing culture at KW.

Keller Williams Training:has been a huge part of me hitting my cap, because it gave me the tools to beKeller Williams trainging successful.  From Camp 4-4-3, to Business Planning Class, BOLD (that is the best).  Scripts, and dialog and learning about body language of the people you are talking with.  It's all amazing and most of it is FREE, seriously Free training.  There are some classes that cost money and the one that do are at such a different level and will take you to a different level it is amazing.. I almost forgot the Webinars,  There are FREE webinars that will teach you how to make your website better, social marketing better, how to get better rankings on GOOGLE, and more.

Profit Share, Ok Seriously do you earn a part of the profitsthat your office is making (or should I ask is your office making a profit), We do.... Our office shared more than $250,000 with the agents in the office.  That means our office made a profit of over $500,000 last year.  Ok so normally who make the profit at your office, the owners and brokers right?? do any of them ever share that profit with you at your office? NO, Why Not you are the one that made the money... Oh one other thing if for some reason the office is not profitable one month the office does not ask us to help with that.  My Gosh what a business......

Culture:I know you have a great office with lots of friends, let me ask you, If you have a frined that is doing some amazing thing will he or she share that with you??? I must say around here (with the agents that I talk with) that would be a NO!! Seriously NO!!, The KW culture is simply to help each agent with their business, because in the end everyone is successful.

Our home buying experience was CRRRRAZY ! After waiting five months on a
short sale, we lost it two days before closing, lost a foreclosure, lost a
for sale by owner-the dude was too drunk to sign paperwork!! lost a home to
a conventional loan- even though our offer was by far the highest. ..Ummm
there was more...none of which was our fault. Nonetheless we were hit with
many challenges.

Vince, If I tell you I would then need to hurt you, lol, just kidding, the profits are done monthly, and there is some things that are required call me 360.609.0226 and I can tell you exactly how it worked, It is a GREAT residual income that could happen the rest of your life and then given to your children in the future.
