PROportal Worldwide Real Estate Auction

Anybody have any experience using Proportal which is an auction company.  I am trying to find out what they pay in commissions but the site doesn't offer any information at all in that reguard.  The listing agent says to look at the web site.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
