Just a short note to remind everybody, we live in Paradise.

It was a Green flash night, here in Madeira beach, it was just so beautiful.
Sunset are for free and you get a lot of out of it if you are able to SEE and FEEL beauty and the calming effect it has.
So, go out tonight and enjoy Paradise.
Other than beautiful sunsets, Madeira beach has so many things to offer like the John's Pass Village.
You will find a lot of stores, and restaurants, little beach bars, ice cream parlors and shops along the boardwalk.
If you want to go out fishing, or rent a jetski, take a boat trip, or go on a casinocruise, just come to John;s Pass, we have it all. Madeira beach is truly a unique place to live or spend a vacation.
Prices for homes or condos are affordable AGAIN.
We have seen price adjustments up to 50% here in the Madeira beach real estate market.
