Getting a running start to 2011!

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Real EstateGroup.com

As I look back on the year 2010 things were a bit bizarre.  What do I mean by that?  Well interesting enough I had a year that really didn't get me where I wanted to go so this year I will be implementing systems and using tools to focus on the direction I will be going with my Real Estate this year.

This year's goal is to keep focused and strive to be more productive by using the systems I put in place and not just writing them down.  As I was working on my business plan for 2011 and reviewing 2010 I discovered I wasn't completely clear on what my goals were and how I was going to achieve them.

So now I will be not only working on my system's  but, also working on exactly what my goals are and how I intend to get there.   By being Clear about what the purpose is and putting the systems in place and just doing it I will have a successful 2011.

I have some systems I can use to make it a successful year in Real Estate but, I would like to hear from you about what system and tools have helped you grow your business especially in this economy.

Make it a great year!

Visualize exactly where you want to be in January 2012, then work backwards from there step by step. Write down all steps needed to get there, and break them down into monthly chunks, then weekly, and daily if necessary.

If you can figure out how many internet leads it takes to make one sale, how many phone calls, etc., then you'll quickly be able to figure out how many calls and internet posts you'll have to make each day.

I wish you the best of success this year!

What I meant to say is, how many calls you'll have to make each day based on the number of sales you are shooting for.
