Housing Market Report: Louisville KY Area 30: December 2010

Shelby County KY had a good 2nd half of 2010 in terms of home prices increasing and finished the year on a high note. Home sales for December also improved. These are both positive signs for this area.

Market report for Area 30 in Louisville, KY for period ending December 2010.
